This Cavendish pattern was manufactured for 27 years by the Wedgwood China company, based in England. Wedgwood Cavendish is a recently discontinued pattern that went out of production only two years ago after a twenty seven year run. The Cavendish pattern brings a royal touch with its light gold colored artwork which resembles a royal crest a bit, along with its deep cobalt blue band it adds class to any table its being served upon. While there are other patterns made by Wedgwood & other china manufactures that may resemble the Cavendish pattern such as the Wedgwood Osborne pattern or the Wedgwood Royal Lapis pattern which share a subtlety when it comes to design they all have some difference in design with some being more appealing to different people.
Our favorite Wedgwood Cavendish pieces are the square cake plate as well as the sugar bowl
