I bought from Classic Replacements because of the free return policy but now that I have received my order I can't get anyone to answer the telephone or respond to an email to set up the return shipment..... VERY frustrating!
Thank you for your prompt shipping. I ordered a chop plate for my daughters' Christmas gift. It arrived in perfect condition. It was the first time I had bought a used item on e-bay. I took a chance with your company, I checked many platters out, but the one I choose was yours. I believed you description of it's condition because of the great photos you had of it. After a bit of delay by USPS (so much for 2-day priority shipping!), we just received our shipment of two five-piece settings of Wedgewood Palatia china, which we ordered to expand our original eight-place set purchased many years ago. We were pleased (and somewhat surprised) to find the pattern still in stock. However, we were even more pleased with our purchase. Order was shipped promptly, expertly packed, and, as advertised, priced 30 percent below what other suppliers quoted. For that reason, we were hesitant to order, fearing that we might "get what we paid for" even though the offered pieces were advertised as "excellent/flawless". In fact, what we received looked even better than our very carefully-handled original set, suggesting that this was stock purchased directly from Wedgewood after the pattern was discontinued. Obviously, we can't predict that every transaction will be as successful as ours, and we can't rate Classic Replacements customer service as we did not require any additional assistance. Based on this initial order, however, we would not hesitate to use Classic Replacements again or to recommend the company to others. Thanks!!
This company needs new customer service representatives. I made it very clear that I had multiple dishes from multiple companies, but was only interested in selling a few to start and the representatives were rude and cynical about my dishes. You have lost a lot of dishes from me, Classic Replacements.
I called three times to place a $4,000 full china order. No one answered the phone the first week I called. Twice I left messages with no call returned. When I finally reached someone live they took the message but neglected to return my call. Second time I reached someone live, she was on her cell phone, outside on break as I could hear the sounds of traffic and a dog barking. She too never got back to me with regards to items in stock. I will not take chances ordering from a company who clearly has such poor customer service representatives. Suggestion: hire people who will answer the call and take customer inquiries seriously! You are losing business! I took my business to Replacements and had nothing but professional phone and shipping service.
Not having such a great experience. Missing items from order that I have been charged for, and getting no responses back to my emails regarding the issue - even provided proof via a packing slip, still no response back. It's looking like I will have to contest the $69.95 with my bank, over being charged for items not received. Very disappointing. Buyers beware.

I think Classic Replacements is great company who definitely puts the customer first. I had ordered a tablecloth in a "hard to find" size. The day after my order I received an email explaining that the shipping time would take about three weeks and that I was welcome to cancel my order if that was too long. I went ahead with the order and received the item. Unfortuneately it wasn't quite large enough for my table so I contacted Classic Replacements. They not only gave me a full refund, shipping included, but they also sent FedEx to my house to pick up the package to be returned at no cost to me. Now that is AMAZING customer service. I would definitely consider order from them again. Thanks for going above and beyond!
