Return Policy

At Classic Replacements, your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund your payment in full, no questions asked, for items returned within 60 days. We will pay for retun shipping. Just send back you received with the order. We do NOT charge a restocking fee. We want you to be totally satisfied and happy with your purchase, so if you are not, you may return it and get your money back. See our Return Policy page for more details

Terms & Conditions

Because we have a bricks and mortar store as well as phone ordering, all items ordered via the internet are subject to prior sale. If any items of your order have been sold prior to receipt of your payment, we will e-mail you to inquire if you would like to receive a partial shipment and a refund on the rest. If you decline, we will promptly issue you a full refund. We endeavor to keep our website as up-to-date as possible, but these things can happen, so we appreciate your patience and understanding. Please note that we reserve the right to change any prices that are clearly an error.

All items are shipped from either our warehouses in NY or from our suppliers. All items are in stock and ready to be shipped, and we stand behind all products ordered on our website from all our sources.

Privacy Policy

Privacy on the web is one of the most important concerns of an internet consumer. At Classic Replacements, we do not sell, give or share any information you submit to us with anybody, period.  Your name, shipping & billing address, telephone numbers, email address & of course, credit card information as well as all other private information will remain just that - absolutely private. We are a member in good standing of the Better Business Bureau, click here for a full report.

Sales Tax

As an internet retailer, we do not charge sales tax to anywhere except NY State. Since Classic Replacements is located in NY State, we are required by state law to charge sales tax on sales that ship to anywhere in NY State. Therefore all shipments to NYS are subject to your local sales tax rate.

There are two ways to order from us:

Online. Just go to the item you desire and click on the "Add To Cart" button. On the popup screen, click "view cart" to go to your cart. From there you can either proceed to our secure checkout page and finish your purchase, or continue shopping.

Classic Replacements accepts payment from US residents in the form of:

  • Personal or Cashiers Checks: drawn on a US bank only. We ship your purchase after the funds have cleared, which usually takes 5-7 business days.
  • Paypal, Amazon & Google: Pay directly from your Paypal, Amazon or Google account.
