This Springdale pattern was manufactured for 17 years by the Lenox China company, based in the USA . The Lenox Springdale pattern is what we at Classic Replacements would call a classic Lenox pattern. the Lenox Springdale pattern has a typical Lenox design with a cream colored background which many Lenox pattern have and a thin platinum border with a platinum verge & a thin border of ivy colored leaves & small flowers giving the Lenox Springdale pattern its Classic Lenox look. Although the Springdale pattern is typical of Lenox it is in no way standard or plain by any means, the thin platinum border contrasts beautifully with its cream colored background & its border of leaves & flowers. Although the Springdale pattern was manufactured for a period of seventeen years which is an average run for a pattern as popular & successful as the Springdale pattern it still remains to this day quite popular & sought after for people looking to replace their pieces from the Springdale pattern & for people starting a new collection of Lenox Springdale. The Lenox company made quite a few pattern similar to the Springdale pattern which is why we consider it a typical Lenox as can be seen from patterns like Lenox Brookdale & Lenox Imperial.
Our favorite Lenox Springdale pieces are the creamer as well as the fruit/dessert bowl.
