ROYAL DOULTON PRINCETON CHINA - ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW

What you need to know about the Royal Doulton Princeton pattern:

This Princeton pattern was manufactured for 15 years (1986 – 2001) by the Royal Doulton China company, based in the UK. This pattern is not typical of the Royal Doulton brand with its simpler & plain design. It is a great looking pattern with its Blue Scrolls, Black Band, Gold Ring & Trim.

This pattern has a number of products that were produced. Some to look for:

• Dinner Plate (10 5/8”), Salad Plate (8”), Bread & Butter Plate (6 5/8”), Footed Cup & Saucer (3 1/8”)
• The Rim Soup Bowl comes in 2 sizes: 8 1/8” and 9”
• The Sugar Bowl comes in 2 styles: Sugar Bowl & Lid (3 1/8”) and an Open Sugar Bowl (2 1/2”)  
• Creamer (3 3/4” in, 12 OZ)
• There are 2 sizes in Oval Serving Platter 13”, and 16”
• Gravy Boat with underplate
• The are 3 styles of Vegetable Bowl: 8” Round Vegetable Bowl, 10” Oval Vegetable Bowl and a Round Covered Vegetable Bowl.
• Soup Tureen and Lid with Underplate
• Cake Plates
• 13” Chop Plate/Round Platter
