Make your everyday meals more special with Noritake Savannah Platinum. Truly a classic, this pattern was produced for more than 2 decades by Noritake of Japan. Because of its platinum band, it cannot be used in the microwave oven.
Noritake started out as a trading company established by the Morimura Brothers in 1876. They imported merchandise (including chinaware) from Japan and sold them in New York. It was only in 1904 that the company ventured into manufacturing setting up a factory in Noritake, a small suburb in Nagoya, Japan, hence, the brand. Noritake is now known for its high quality yet affordable dinnerware and is the preferred brand of institutional clients like restaurants and hotels all over the world.
We like the lugged cereal bowl and covered butter plate. Breakfast is simply not the same without them!
