WATERFORD CURRAGHMORE CRYSTAL - ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW

What you need to know about the Waterford Curraghmore Crystal pattern:

 

Curraghmore is inspired by the stately manor house in Curraghmore and features elegant crystal cuts that add a brilliant touch to any table. This is one of Waterford's more difficult patterns to produce since it has the faceted knob stem and panel cuts on the bowl.

 

Waterford Curraghmore Crystal was produced from 1968 to 2017.

 

This pattern has many pieces.  Some to look for:

 

  • There are two types of 7 1/2" Water goblets: One has a "Knob" stem and the other has a "Ball" stem
  • Fluted Champagne (8 1/8”)
  • Claret Wine (7 1/8”)
  • White Wine (6 1/4”)
  • Sherry (6 1/8”)
  • Wine Hock (7 ½”)
  • Brandy (5 ¼”)
  • There are 3 sizes of flat tumblers: 5 oz (3 1/2" tall), 10 oz. (4 3/8" tall) and 12 oz. (4 5/8" tall)

Interesting pieces in this pattern include: an Irish Coffee decanter (5 3/8" tall), and a finger bowl (3 7/8")
