This Basket pattern was manufactured for 24 years by the Villeroy & Boch china company based in Germany.The pattern is a cheery looking pattern & has that look that makes you guess its a Villeroy & Boch pattern before you examine it. The reason we say this is becuase Villeroy & Boch has many such patterns like the Basket pattern with bright & cheery colors although not all of thier patterns lean that way. Two contrasting patterns to the Villeroy & Boch Basket pattern is Villeroy & Boch Cannes which is elegant yet bright & cheerfull & the Villeroy & Boch Cheyenne pattern which features more muted tones. The Basket china pattern is sure to be a delight to dine on no matter the ocassion.
