This Design Naif pattern has been in production since 1983 by the Villeroy & Boch company based in Germany. The Villeroy & Boch Design Naif china pattern is obviously an interesting pattern & features many different scenes. Most of the scenes pictured depict old time village life & are quite charming. Villeroy & Boch Design Naif is not like other china patterns like Herend Chinese Bouquet Green which can be described as beautiful, elegant, classy etc... The Design Naif pattern is better described as charming or quaint as many of the scenes on the pattern show.
