This pattern was manufactured for 92 years by the China company, based in Denmark. With such a long history, this clearly successful pattern stays true to it's name not only by displaying a gorgeous royal blue but also encompassing some of the beauty of the former Danish settlement, Tranquebar, in India. Though this settlement no longer goes by the same name, the pattern can make a great addition for those who enjoy world history. Of course, it also works for people who are fond of the beautiful color and floral and weave designs.
