This Royal Scroll pattern was manufactured for 10 years by the Lenox China company, based in the US. The name says it all, Royal Scroll. It features a white body with an outside rim of royal blue scrolling, red dots and gold trim. This pattern has a charm to it for those who prefer the understated elegance in contrast to a bolder "royal" pattern such as Royal Doulton Biltmore.
