Fitz & Floyd
Fitz & Floyd began in 1960 in Dallas, Texas. It was founded by Pat Fitzpatrick and Bob Floyd, which started out as an import company. Soon after, the company began creating and designing ceramic giftware and tabletop products. Fitz & Floyd's design team developed pieces by creating themes to work within, which ignited the company's popularity. Coupled with ornate hand-painting and the overall high-quality of the pieces, Fitz & Floyd quickly became a household name. They were chosen to create a dinner service for the West Wing of the White House at the request of Nancy Regan in 1983, as well as a tea service for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II upon her visit to Dallas in 1991. The company is still going strong, launching nearly 500 new designs every year created by their all-star team of ceramic artisans.
