Return Policy

Most current pattern items are ordered direct from our suppliers especially for you. Not carrying a large stock keeps our overhead low and allows us to pass on the savings to you, the consumer.Therefore, as is the industry standard with special orders, once an order is placed it cannot be canceled or returned, unless there is damage. Returns are accepted on all damaged items, with no fees charged. We appreciate your understanding and stand ready to assist you in any way we can.

 

Terms & Conditions

There is a 50% deposit due when an order is placed. Your credit card will be charged that amount when the order is placed, and the balance when the order ships. There is a $400 minimum order on all current patterns. Please be aware that any pattern can be discontinued at any time by the manufacturer and therefore will not be able to be fulfilled by us. We try to keep our site as up to date as possible, but in the circumstance that we cannot get what you ordered, we will refund your money immediately.

 

Sales Tax

As an internet retailer, we do not charge sales tax to anywhere except NY State. Since Classic Galore is located in NY State, we are required by state law to charge sales tax on sales that ship to anywhere in NY State. Therefore all shipments to NYS are subject to your local sales tax rate.

There are two ways to order from us:

 

  • Online. Just go to the item you desire and click on the "Add To Cart" button. Click on the "View Cart" or "checkout" links to proceed and complete your order or you can continue shopping.

Payment Methods

 Classic Replacements accepts payment from US residents in the form of:

 

  • Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express
  • Personal or Cashiers Checks: drawn on a US bank only. We ship your purchase after the funds have cleared, which usually takes 5-7 business days. We also have a layaway program.
  • Paypal & Google: Pay directly from your Paypal or Google account.
