People who want to add to their existing dish set also need to know what to buy. there are two major pieces of information that you need to know: the brand (manufacturer) of the piece and the pattern (design). There are also piece types such as dinner plates, cups, soup bowls etc., but that is not as important unless you need a specific piece.
