This Bellemeade pattern was manufactured for 27 years by the Minton China company, based in the UK. This pattern is from one the Minton companies strongest selling patterns & there still is a fair amount of demand for it today. The elegant thin platinum trm is offset beautifully by its soft colored border which also goes very well with its cream background which only adds to its subtle & soft elegance. the Bellemeade pattern is one of the Minton companies many widely varied designs. The wide difference in Minton patterns can be seen from looking at another very popular pattern called Minton St James which is very different looking from this pattern but is also quite elegant & beautiful.
